Dr. Mark Levine, Vermont Commissioner of Health, spoke about the current progress of reopening Vermont. He answered questions about the proposed 3-phase model. He addressed the concept of regional bifurcation reopening, the CDC’s updated surface contact guidelines, and the reopening of public schools and universities. He also gave predictions on the coming winter preparations for housing and quarantine centers and the proper use of PPE for workforces.
